6 weeks ago playing football at a dead sprint I felt a pop and felt what I thought to be a hamstring sprain. Since then I have had no pain for the past 2 weeks even while doing some medium weight squats and deadlifts. My issue is I can jog and move lateral however if I try to run even at a faster pace I have this terrible pain in the back of leg kind of behind my knee. Could I have tore something or could it be something other than my hamstring?
