Hi all - I'm heading out for vacation tomorrow and will be in a variety of places with varying levels of available equipment. I thought it might be useful to collect some bodyweight workouts in one thread for everyone who will be away from gyms during the next couple of weeks.
A few I thought of:
5 rounds: 20 burpees 30 situps (soles of feet together) 30 squats
3 each: Max HSPU Max Push-up (or pull-up if available) Max squats
Kludge Fran -- 21-15-9: Thrusters (using milk jugs, logs, dumbbells, etc) Rope pullup (towel over garage rafter)
Anyone got others to contribute? I was thinking of some interval sprints in the snow of Colorado and outdoor carries using whatever heavy object I could find (rock, log, etc).
